Reservations can be cancelled without charge up to 1 week prior arrival.
Reservations wich are cancelled less than 1 week before the arrival date will incur the following charges:

less than 1 week before the arrival date: 40% of the room rate,
one day in advance: 80% of the room mate
same day: 90 % of the room rate
no show: 100 % of the room rate

We only charge for those rooms which we can not rent again. 

Cancellations can only be accepted by eMail or fax.
